Shipping Policy

At Juniper, every piece we create is handcrafted with care and precision. Because our products are made to order or crafted from unique slabs of sustainably harvested juniper, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the size, weight, and customization of your order.

Processing Times

  • Standard items (non-custom): Typically ship within 5–7 business days after purchase.
  • Custom orders: Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. Larger projects (such as river tables or counters) may require additional time, which will be communicated during the order process.

Shipping Methods

  • Small and medium items are shipped via trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
  • Large or oversized furniture pieces may ship via freight delivery. Freight orders include curbside delivery. If you require in-home delivery or setup, please contact us before ordering for a custom quote.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • For oversized or freight items, additional charges may apply. You will be notified and asked to approve any extra costs before your order is shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times within the U.S. are 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • Remote or rural addresses may take longer.
  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier if possible.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the damage, so we can assist you promptly with a replacement or repair.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
